1Introduction & Acceptance

The Adonis Exchange referral program (the “Program”) lets users earn ADON by inviting friends. By participating, you accept these terms as well as the Adonis general Terms, Privacy Policy and KYC conditions.

2Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Each person may hold only one account.
  • Registration is allowed only with the user’s own personal mobile number and device.
  • Successful KYC verification is required.

3Rewards

  • Welcome bonus: 2 ADON for a new user after verification and KYC.
  • Referral reward: 2 ADON to the referrer after the invited user completes KYC and a genuine activity (deposit, transfer or trade).
  • Milestone bonuses:

Reward amounts may change or increase during various campaigns.

🔒Important: Milestone (special) bonuses can only be withdrawn as ADON coin via the “Transfer to personal wallet” option. They cannot be cash-sold for fiat or converted to another currency. (The welcome bonus and the 2 ADON referral reward are exempt from this restriction.)

4Lifetime Commission

In addition to fixed rewards, a referrer earns a lifetime percentage commission (paid in ADON) on the exchange-trading profit generated by the users they invited, based on their partner level:

Commission is paid in ADON tokens based on the live ADON price. Rates and tiers may change.

5Payment Timing

  • All rewards are deferred and released only after registration, KYC, the first qualifying activity, and final approval.
  • Rewards are credited to the user’s ADON wallet and are withdrawable per the withdrawal rules.
  • Milestone (special) bonuses can be withdrawn only as ADON coin via “Transfer to personal wallet” and cannot be cash-sold; other rewards (welcome and referral) have no such restriction.
  • Suspicious cases may be held for manual review, delaying payment until approval.

6Prohibited Activities

  • Self-referral.
  • Creating multiple accounts for one person.
  • Multiple people using one device or phone number.
  • Using fake identity, documents or information.
  • Buying, selling or renting accounts.
  • Using VPN/proxy or disposable emails to bypass the rules.
  • Any attempt to bypass security systems or abuse the Program.

7Security & Fraud Review

Adonis uses a smart fraud-detection system that automatically checks for duplicate accounts, shared numbers/device/network (IP)/wallet, disposable emails, VPN/proxy usage and unusual behavior patterns. Suspicious cases are held for manual review.

8Suspension & Clawback

If any violation is detected, Adonis reserves the right to cancel or claw back rewards, restrict or block related accounts without prior notice, and take legal action if necessary.

9Taxes & Fees

The user is solely responsible for any taxes or duties arising from receiving rewards.

10Changes

Adonis may change, suspend or terminate the rules, rates, tiers, reward amounts or the entire Program at any time without prior notice. The latest version is always published on this page.

11Final Decision

The final decision to approve or reject any reward is made based on Adonis security reviews and is conclusive. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
